At the moment we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
We are constantly working to expand our team, so we can provide more services to make your experience better.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders. Please make sure the correct payment method is used for your order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your item is faulty please contact us at @verliagb@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery
and we will process a replacement or a refund for the item.



CUSTOMER EXCHANGES:
At the moment we ONLY accept exchanges on rings with a request for a different size.
If you need to exchange the same ring for a different size, please send us an email at {verliagbgmail-com}
Exchanges are only available to UK customers.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept exchanges from abroad.

Shipping your exchange

We only accept exchanges on rings – for a different size(s)


PLEASE NOTE:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for both returning your item and receiving your exchange. Both shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer free exchanges.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any packages lost during your exchange postage

To begin your return:

> Email us at verliagb@gmail.com with : A screenshot of your order confirmation email or order invoice (with your order number), the ring(s) you want to exchange and your new desired size.
> Once you send this email, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
> Our acceptance of your exchange will depend on stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock we will be unable to accept your request.

RECEIVING YOUR EXCHANGE

> Once we have confirmed receipt of your exchanged – you will be notified via email

> Next, your new exchange will be shipped out and you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

> Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
